Mens Order of Merit
Rosebery Cup
Will Chambers of Mid-Herts won the Rosebery Cup at Ashridge on July 17, beating Luke Mitterhuber (Chartridge Park) in a play off.
This win moved Will into 12th position in the MOOM table.
Matt Wallace (Batchworth Park) maintained his lead at the top after finishing in tenth place.
Brendan Dillon (South Herts) moved into second spot after finishing 8th, but still trails Wallace by 52 points.
Knebworth Gold Bowl
Ryan Long was the big mover after the Knebworth Gold Bowl on July 10. He had the best gross score on the day and moved into the top ten on the Order of Merit.
It was a good day for Knebworth all round, as they won the Gold Bowl for the first time since 1976.
Brendan Dillon (South Herts) and Nick Algate (Moor Park) also scored well, finishing fourth and fifth.
